"Staying chilled" and "on track" is what it's all about for the Railex non-stop unit train
June 27, 2007 - Railex sucessfully delivers fresh Cherries to the Northeast markets for retail distribution. Railex employees on both sides of the country carefully monitored temperatures through critical quality control points at each distribution center starting in Wallula, WA and finishing in Rotterdam, NY. Railex utilized custom loading and unloading curtains to maintain the cold train while Railex personnel monitored temperatures through GPS tracking devices during transit time. The outcome was chilling, Railex maintained original temperatures of cherries within 2 degrees from West to East.
